The working week is over! How are you feeling?
If your workload currently has you feeling stressed, or you find that you have a headache, tense shoulders or tight muscles, then maybe it’s time to have the office book in a lunch and learn on workplace wellbeing.
For this production we filmed @Loving_life_co Founder @tylerljl delivering a #LiveLifeBetter workshop to one of Europe’s biggest food retailers and the feedback received was extremely positive!
All of their workshops are interactive and educational, advising employees on best ways to stay healthy both in and out of the workplace – This includes blood pressure checks, hydration awareness, exercise benefits and top tips through a working day.

A happy workforce a productive workforce.
